Shipping Policy

We will dispatch your order within 1-3 days after receiving your order. Please allow us to have enough time to prepare your order. We appreciate your patience. 

We use NZ Post CourierPost who are New Zealand's most efficient couriers. Bay of Plenty, Auckland and Waikato orders are usually delivered overnight, and it's usually 1-4 days for the rest of the North Island and the South Island. 

We'll send you the tracking number so you can track your parcel, but you'll also receive an email when your parcel is ready to leave, when it's on board with the courier, and another in the morning when it’s Out for Delivery. And if you're not at home, you also get one more email to let you know it's been successfully delivered.

We send Signature Not Required 

All parcels are sent as Signature Not Required.

If you want to ensure a signature is required, you must add a Note to your order so we can specify this to our couriers. 

We cannot deliver to a PO Box address.

 

Sending to Australia

We are happy to ship to Australia, just email us info@serenescents.co.nz to make a purchase.  We use NZ Post International Economy service to make it as affordable as possible for you to shop with us.

This is a tracked service with a delivery target of 3-6 working days. Delivery timeframes may be longer than this depending on your location, the time of year etc.

Customers are liable for any duties or fees that may be charged by Australian Customs. We have no control over these charges and cannot advise what the costs will be. 

If you require a different courier agent, such as DHL etc.  Please email us info@serenescents.co.nz  to arrange a quote.

NZ Courier International Delivery - Australia Wide: $40 - $45

If your parcel hasn’t arrived on its delivery date, what to do

If your parcel has not arrived after 5 working days after the suggested delivery date, please contact info@serenescents.co.nz  with your contact details and order number so we can investigate this issue further. Please Note: Investigations can take up to 10 working days.
